We provide consultations directly on our website https://petsos.app/ and through our Telegram bot https://t.me/petsos_app_bot. Simply click the "Ask a Vet" button on the website or click /start in the bot, describe symptoms or ask your question, add photos or videos, and a vet will join the chat within minutes.

Currently, petsos.app operates daily from 6:00 AM to midnight (Kyiv time), but we're already developing 24/7 veterinary consultation services so your pet is never without care.

Yes. All our specialists have veterinary degrees, at least 3 years of experience, and undergo thorough screening before starting collaboration. We also share information about the education, professional achievements, and qualifications of our veterinarians on our social media: Instagram
